Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce

Fragrant, golden garlic, fresh chopped parsley and grated Parmesan coat thin strands of angel hair pasta. Heavenly.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) capellini (angel hair) pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper

Steps

    Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • 2
    While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

    Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain pasta; mix with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with pepper.
