Prep Instructions

You will need: 

1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
2 cups Hot Water
1 cup Milk
Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet.
Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
Stir in 1 cup cooked corn and 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles before simmering. Top with fresh salsa and shredded cheese.

You will need:
1 (15-oz) can Black or Pinto Beans, rinsed or drained
2 cups Hot Water
1 cup Milk
Heat: Add rinsed and drained beans, hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta to a 10-inch skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
