Prep Instructions

YOU WILL NEED
1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF OR TURKEY
1 1/4 CUPS HOT WATER
2 CUPS MILK
2 TBSP BUTTER
1. COOK
Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high
heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring.
Drain; return cooked meat to skillet.
2. STIR
Stir in hot water, milk, butter, Sauce Mix and Pasta.
Heat to boiling.
3. SIMMER
Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes,
stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring,
an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
YOU WILL NEED
5 FULLY COOKED HOT DOGS CUT IN ½-INCH PIECES
1 1/4 CUPS HOT WATER
2 CUPS MILK
2 TBSP BUTTER
1. HEAT
Add hot water, milk, butter, Sauce Mix and Pasta to 10-inch skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling.
2. SIMMER
Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 8 minutes,stirring occasionally.
3. ADD
Stir in hot dog pieces; cover and continue to simmer 2 to 4 minutes, until pasta is tender and hot dog pieces are heated through.
If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
