Prep Instructions

You will need:
For Bar:
3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1 Egg
For Peanut Butter Filling:
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (Not Melted)
1 Tablespoon Milk
For Chocolate Frosting:
2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened (Not Melted)
2 Tablespoons Milk
1. 1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan with cooking spray or shortening.
2. 2. Stir Bar Mix, 3 tablespoons melted butter and egg until soft dough forms. Press evenly in pan. Bake as directed below or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely.
3. 3. Beat Peanut Butter Filling Mix, 2 tablespoons softened butter and 1 tablespoon milk on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed 1 minute. Spread evenly over cooled bar.
4. 4. Beat Chocolate Frosting Mix, 2 Tablespoons softened butter and milk on low speed 30 seconds then on high speed 1 minute. Spread evenly over filling.

Bake Time (in minutes): | 19-22 | 15-18 | 17-20
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour into dry bar mix. Bake 8”x8” pan 17-18 min, 9”x9” pan 13-14 min, 11”x7” pan 15-16 min. No change for filling or frosting.
