Prep Instructions

You will need:
1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
2 ¾ cups Hot Water
1 cup Milk
Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet.
Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Rice. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
Top: Sprinkle with Corn Chips.
Just before serving, stir in salsa and sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped fresh cilantro.

You will need:
1 (15-oz) can Black or Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
2 ¾ cups Hot Water
1 cup Milk
Heat: Add rinsed and drained beans, hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Rice to a 10-inch to skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
Top: Sprinkle with Corn Chips.
