Prep Instructions

You will need: 

1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
2 ¼ cups Hot Water
1 cup Milk
Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet.
Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Rice. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
Stir in 1 cup diced red and green bell peppers before simmering. Serve in Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Bowls. Top with sour cream and chopped avocado.

You will need:
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut in ½-inch cubes
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 ¼ cups Hot Water
1 cup Milk
