Prep Instructions

YOU WILL NEED 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF OR TURKEY | YOU WILL NEED 1 LB BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT IN 1/2-INCH CUBES
1 ¼ CUPS HOT WATER, 2 CUPS MILK, 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE* | 1 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL | 1 ¼ CUPS HOT WATER | 2 CUPS MILK | 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE*
1. COOK | 1. COOK
Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. | Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 minutes, stirring often. Drain if necessary; return cooked meat to skillet.
2. STIR
Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta. Heat to boiling.
3. SIMMER
Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
4. ADD
Remove from heat. Stir in mayonnaise. *Use desired amount of mayonnaise or omit it. Sour cream can be substituted.
