2 cups Hot Water
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Butter
2/3 cup Milk
1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey OR 1 lb Ground Sausage
Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. Stir in hot water, salt, and butter. Gently stir in Potatoes. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring gently, until butter is melted.
Cover: Reduce heat to medium. Spread mixture evenly; press firmly. Cover; cook 10 minutes, without stirring.
