Prep Instructions

You will need: 

1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
¾ cup Hot Water
2 cups Milk
Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet.
Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
Add some zip and zest! Stir in chopped pickles and shredded Cheddar cheese just before serving. Serve with hot sauce.
OR
You will need:
8-12 oz Bacon Chopped
¾ cup Hot Water
2 cups Milk
Cook: Cook bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 13 to 15 minutes, stirring often; drain. Transfer bacon to separate dish and set aside. Allow skillet to cool slightly; wipe out with paper towel.
Heat: Add hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta to skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling.
Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency.
Add: Stir in bacon.
Add some zip and zest! Stir in chopped pickles and shredded Cheddar cheese just before serving. Serve with hot sauce.
