Summer is still in full swing, and that means busy schedules of camp activities, day trips and pool dates. Before your family departs for their daily summertime adventures, make sure they have the necessary fuel to beat the heat. This breakfast was created with a few simple ingredients apart from the pancake, which was made using this classic Bisquick® recipe. The eyes were formed by slicing a boiled egg width-wise and adding two blueberries to mimic pupils. More blueberries were arranged to make the smile and two slices of cheese—cheddar and mozzarella —were cut in a zig-zag pattern, layered and arranged around the pancake to form the rays of the sun.
