Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
Who can say no to an ice cream sandwich on a hot summer day? I started with Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix and baked the cookies with small sticks stuck in the dough. Once removed and cooled (I put them in the freezer to speed up the cooling), I frosted them with lemon frosting and added a smile with decorating gels. Use any type of frosting and any type of decoration… there will be no frowns after one bite of these sweet pops!
