When it comes to a dessert as iconic as the s’more, I have to wonder…is it even possible to improve upon such perfection? Probably not, but I sure gave it my best with this parfait! In addition to the holy trinity of marshmallow, chocolate and graham, this dessert also boasts layers of no-bake cheesecake and chewy brownies and a layer of rich, gooey ganache.
To begin, mix up a box of Betty’s Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix and bake. (If you’re looking for a shortcut, feel free to bake the brownies a day ahead of time!)
Then, following the instructions below, get the rest of your layers together: no-bake cheesecake filling, super-speedy chocolate ganache and crunchy graham-cracker crumbs that’re bound together with coconut oil.
Then, layer all this goodness into cups or jars and chill until set. Prepping these party-perfect sweets takes only 30 minutes, making it a great choice for a dinner party or barbecue. These would also be stellar sweets to make and take to a potluck or picnic. Just set ‘em on ice while you travel and you’ll be golden. Sweet right?
