when cooking in a crockpot if you double the recipe how much time do you add to the cooking time???

All slow cookers work best when they are 2/3 to 3/4 full. So first you need to make sure that all the ingredients will fit properly.

So if you have filled your slow cooker to 2/3 to 3/4 full the cook times will be similar to the original recipe.
