What is the best kind of whiskey to bake with?

In looking through our recipes it looks like we call for Bourbon whiskey quite often.  We have a great section on the website that talks about cooking/baking with alcohol.  It doesn't go into a lot of detail on specific types of whiskey but I think you will enjoy it and may get a few good ideas.
