Is there a formula to convert a recipe to use a cake mix. Instead of flour, baking soda and baking powder?

We do not have any recipes or formulas to use cake mix as a flour.  Cake mix not only has leavening but it also has sugar, so it would not be a good substitute for flour.  I would suggest that you for recipe that use cake mix and add other ingredients to make it special  Here is one to try.
