Great question!  Here are storage suggestions from our test kitchens for cookies made with Betty Crocker Cookie mix.  Happy baking!  

Cool completely before storing.

Freezing:

To freeze baked cookies, place in an airtight container up to four weeks.

Refrigerating:

Place in air-tight container or a sealed plastic bag for up to one week.

Room Temperature:

To store cookies, place in air-tight container or a sealed plastic bag for up to one week.
