Gluten free cinnamon pound cake...can it be made w/o gluten free flour?

Gluten free flour and regular all purpose flour are unfortunately not interchangeable. If you want to make a similar cinnamon roll pound cake to the Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Pound Cake, I would recommend using one of Betty's pound cake recipes made with all purpose flour - Ginger Pound Cake (skip the ginger) or  Golden Pound Cake and using the addition of cinnamon to part of the batter and swirling it in like the gluten free recipe does. Remember that these two cakes made with all purpose flour will fill two loaf pans unless you half the recipe. Sounds like you will be conducting your own little test kitchen. Good luck.
