Do I need to blanch fresh green beans before freezing?

Thank you for reaching out.  I would recommend blanching fresh green beans prior to freezing.  Two minutes for small beans, four minutes for large ones.  Store in an air-tight freezer bag with a half-inch of space at the top for up to eight months.  I hope this information is helpful to you.
