convert cooking time from cupcakes to mini cupcakes

That is a great question.  To make mini-cupcakes using any of our Betty Crocker Supermoist cake mixes, the following directions will apply.  Happy baking!  

Mini Cupcakes

Betty Crocker® Supermoist Cake mix – Any Flavor

 

Make cake mix as directed on package.

 

Use oven temperature per package directions (350°F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan.)

 

Fill each mini muffin cup with 1 tablespoon batter.  (If you have only one pan and the recipe calls for more cupcakes than your pan will make, cover and refrigerate the rest of the batter while baking the first batch.   Cool the pan about 15 minutes; stir the batter after removing from the refrigerator and before putting into pan. Bake the rest of the batter, adding 1 to 2 minutes to the bake time.)

 

Bake 10-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

 

Yields about 60 mini cupcakes.
