Cinnamon Roll Vanilla Pound Cake does look delicious and it is! Unfortunately all purpose flour and gluten free flour are very different and I'm afraid you might be very disappointed if you try the swap. You might like to try the same techique of adding cinnamon to part of the batter in a regular Pound Cake recipe. If you use this recipe swap out the almond flavoring with vanilla.
