Can I freeze cupcakes with creme cheese frosting

Hello!  That's a great question.  You can freeze UNFROSTED cupcakes, and you can also freeze cream cheese frosting, but we do not recommend freezing them together.  Unfortunately, the cake touching the frosting will obtain a less-than-desirable texture after thawing.  So go ahead and freeze your cupcakes and frosting separately, and frost when you have both completely thawed.
