Can baked goods using Gluten-Free Bisquick be made without eggs? Is there a substitute that works?

Hi,

 

The Gluten Free Bisquick is very specific to the recipe that has been developed for the product.  Since the Gluten Free Bisquick doesn't have flour, it does not react the same way regular Bisquick does.  So far all of our baked goods use eggs.
