Expert Tips

Don't forget to top it off. Serve slices of this savory pie with salsa, sour cream and chopped tomato, or go all out with guacamole and red pepper sauce.

Taco seasoning mix puts a fiesta in your mouth! You'll have enough left over to make this recipe again.

This was so easy and good. I always keep left over frozen cooked chicken on hand so it took a matter of seconds to mix everything and cook. Nice flavor and I will be making it again!

I've made this several times and my family loves it! I use canned white meat chicken and it works well. I use a mexican cheese blend. This cooks and sets up nicely. The last time I made it, only 3 of us had it and none was left. My hubby ate half of it! I like that it's so easy to throw together....no actual cooking involved, just assembly in the pie plate. I also make the ground beef version and it's equally as good.
