Ingredients

box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Pasta Salad™ Southwest style ranch pasta salad
1 1/2
cups chopped cooked chicken
1
tablespoon Old El Paso™ original taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
Milk and mayonnaise called for on pasta salad box
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
1/4
cup Doritos™ Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips, slightly crushed

    Cook, rinse and drain pasta as directed on box. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, toss chicken with taco seasoning mix to coat.

    In large bowl, mix seasoning from box, milk and mayonnaise. Add pasta, seasoned chicken and chiles. Stir well to combine.

    Refrigerate, or serve immediately. Just before serving, stir in tortilla chips.

Expert Tips

  • Stirring in the tortilla chips just before serving ensures that they stay nice and crunchy!
  • The corn chips that come in the box can be saved for another use or can be used instead of the nacho cheese tortilla chips called for in the recipe.
