I love making holiday-themed pancakes for my family. This particular pancake is always a crowd- pleaser, as reindeer and Christmas go together like peanut butter and jelly!
Start by mixing up a batch of the classic Bisquick® Pancake recipe. Fill a squirt bottle with batter. Draw the reindeer outline on a griddle and let sit for 30 seconds before filling in the rest of the shape. Create the antlers using a squirt bottle and apply a thin layer of chocolate hazelnut spread to create the desired color and texture. Add two small dollops of yogurt for the eyes and top with raisins. Lastly, add a circular sliced red or green apple to create a nose for Santa’s favorite helper.
