Halloween has to be one of my favorite holidays to pack lunches for my girls. They get so excited seeing spiders, worms and ghosts in their lunches, and with all the cool Halloween food picks, fruit snacks and extras, making a spooky lunch is easier than ever. Here are some of my favorite fun and easy ways to creepify your kid's lunchbox!

Pumpkins naturally spring to mind when I think of Halloween, so I created this pumpkin-themed lunchbox that’s full of all things orange. With a small paring knife, I cut a little jack o’ lantern face in the side of a tangerine. Not only does this make for a cute pumpkin, but it also makes the tangerine easier for kiddos to peel. I also packed baby carrots, Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks, crackers and some cheese cut with a small pumpkin-shaped cutter.

This Monster Mouth lunch will have your little ones squealing with delight. In my Sistema's Lunch Cube to Go, I packed some lunch meat, cheese, fresh broccoli, a Monster Fruit Roll-Ups and a creepy-cool Monster-Mouth Snack! (Click here for details on how to make this fun treat!)

During busy October week nights, I love to make a batch of Crescent Mummy Dogs for our family dinner, and then use leftovers in lunchboxes the next day. (For more easy Halloween dinner ideas, click here.) Along with the hot dog, I packed some Yoplait yogurt, and topped it with some Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks, sprinkles and candy eyes.
