What do you get when you combine Yoplait Greek with other yummy ingredients? The easiest fruit dip ever, that's what! I recently spent some time in the kitchen, experimenting with different flavors of yogurt and add-ins. I found more than a few winning combinations, and I’m excited to share two of them with you today. Both are insanely fast to whip up, making them ideal for those times you need to refuel quickly (but not a whole meal).
Vanilla, Chocolate, and Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip
Mix: One 5.3-ounce container of Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt with one tablespoon each of cocoa powder, peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.
Top: Up the peanut flavor by topping with chopped peanuts and additional mini chocolate chips.
Dip: Pretzels, apple slices and graham crackers make great dunkers!
Caramel Apple Greek Yogurt Dip
Mix: One 5.3-ounce container of Yoplait Caramel Greek Yogurt with one heaping tablespoon of apple butter (or apple jam, if you’re in a pinch.)
Dip: Serve with apple chips, fresh apple slices, pretzels or almond wafers.
Now that you know how easy these dips are to make, I urge you to do some experimenting of your own! Start with your favorite flavor of Yoplait Greek and then stir in a spoonful of ingredients that you think will complement the flavor of the yogurt. Some great stir-ins include: nut butters, chocolate chips (dark, white and milk), maple syrup, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, chopped nuts, ground flax seeds, chopped fresh fruit, dried fruit, but truly, this sky’s the limit.
