While it’s much easier to buy apple chips at the grocery store, it’s far more fun to make them at home. Especially in the fall, when there is a chill in the air, my fridge is full of apples and I’m looking for an excuse to turn on my oven. If I had known how easy (and affordable) it was to make homemade apple chips at home, I wouldn’t have waited so long to make them myself! Here’s how to do it.
What You’ll Need:
- Sharp knife or mandolin slicer
- Rimmed baking sheet(s)
- Parchment paper
- Cinnamon-sugar mix (2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon)
