We made a delightful breakfast parfait by layering Frosted Toast Crunch cereal with fresh berries and a creamy blend of yogurt and honey.
cups Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 32-oz container)
teaspoon ground cinnamon
cup fresh blackberries
cup fresh blueberries
cup Frosted Toast Crunch™ cereal
In small bowl, mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon. In another small bowl, mix berries.
In each of 4 small glasses or bowls, place 2 tablespoons of the cereal. Top cereal in each with 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture and 2 tablespoons of the berry mixture. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
Greek yogurt works best in this recipe, as it has a thicker consistency. Try other flavors of Greek yogurt, and other favorite berries, for a different taste combination.
Place a small funnel at the top of the glass to get a clean pour of the yogurt into the glass.
