Spicy Taco Bold Roll Nachos

Kick your game day spread up a notch with this zesty (and simple!) spin on traditional nachos.

It’s no secret that we love nachos on game day. They’re delicious, easy and the ultimate crowd-pleaser. But we also love Totino’s Spicy Taco Bold Rolls. So what happened when we combined our two game-day favorites into one? Tasty magic, also known as Spicy Taco Bold Roll Nachos.

When we say they’re simple, we aren’t kidding around. To make these nachos, all you will need is:

  • 1 bag of Totino’s Spicy Taco Bold Rolls
  • 5 oz. diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 8 oz. processed cheese product, cubed
  • ¼ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • 1 4 oz. can sliced black olives
  • Additional nacho toppings of your choice
  • Cookie sheet
  • Oven-safe skillet or casserole dish 

On a cookie sheet, bake the rolls for 8 minutes at 425 ° F. While the rolls are cooking, combine the diced tomatoes with the processed cheese and microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally until melted. Transfer and arrange the rolls in an oven-safe skillet and smother with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and return to oven for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the oven and top with guacamole, sour cream and olives. Try adding your favorite toppings like salsa, jalapeños or green onions. Customizing your nachos is a fun way to please the crowd. Once your nachos are decked out, enjoy. These will be gone before you can say, “touchdown!”
