While the warm days are dwindling, it’s time to enjoy those fleeting moments of sunshine, and we made these adorable frozen yogurt “candy corn” popsicles to do just that. Not only are these pops cute, they’re healthy too, with two layers of fruit juice, and one layer of yogurt!

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 0.5 oz. Yoplait Original Tropical-flavored yogurt, Yoplait Original Vanilla-flavored yogurt
  • 1 plastic sandwich-sized bag
  • 1 scissors
  • Small measuring cup
  • Orange food coloring (if desired)
  • Yellow food coloring (if desired)
  • Popsicle molds (we recommend using a pre-frozen mold)

Start by choosing your favorite yogurt. We went with Yoplait Original’s Tropical-flavored yogurt because it’s a light color and tastes great with pineapple and orange flavors. To make sure the yogurt doesn’t get stuck on the sides of the mold (especially if it’s already frozen; it’s tricky to scrape off!) scoop the yogurt into a plastic bag, cut a hole in one bottom corner—just like you would with frosting—and squeeze the yogurt into the mold. Wait for the yogurt layer to freeze. (By using a pre-frozen mold, layers can freeze in seconds—a trick we highly recommend.

Add a couple of drops of orange coloring, if desired, to the orange juice to amplify its color. Using a measuring cup (for easy pouring!) add the orange juice. Wait for the orange juice layer to freeze.

Add a couple of drops of yellow food coloring, if desired, to the pineapple juice to amplify the color. Using a measuring cup add the pineapple juice. Wait for the pineapple juice layer to freeze.

Make sure to note the directions on your pop mold! Our mold required the popsicle sticks to be inserted before we added liquids.

Last, but not least, eat, enjoy and get into the spirit for Halloween!
