It takes just a few minutes to mix up the glaze and to get the fish prepped for the oven. While it bakes, you have plenty of time to pull together your sides. Steamed veggies and rice would go wonderfully with this dish.
And if you have any leftovers (which we rarely do in my house of 5), you can make fish cakes or add the salmon to a salad to next day.
