Chicken Fajita Kabobs
Serve these grilled fajitas on a salad, in a tortilla, or straight from the skewer this summer.

A sizzling platter of fajitas is a mouthwatering sight but getting that sizzle can turn your kitchen into a smoky mess. These Chicken Fajita Kabobs are made with only five ingredients but pack a ton of flavor thanks to Old El Paso taco seasoning and peppers.

In a few simple steps, these kabobs are ready for the grill and dinner is ready for the family.

To begin, cut the chicken breasts into one-inch strips. Cut each strip into one-inch chunks. Mix the chicken with the taco seasoning and oil in a large mixing bowl. Next, cut the onion and peppers into one-inch pieces.

Thread your skewers, alternating between chicken, peppers and onions.

Heat your gas or charcoal grill. Place the skewers on the grill over medium-high heat and cover the grill. Cook the skewers for about five minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Serve the fajita skewers on a platter with warm tortillas and all of your favorite fixings!
