Layers of strawberry-flavored whipped cream, chocolate graham crackers and mini chocolate chips make for just about the easiest dessert you can think of. The best part? You don’t even have to turn on your oven!
Start by hulling and slicing one pound of fresh strawberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let stand for 10 minutes
Whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer. Transfer to another bowl. Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into this mixture.
