Ingredients

container(6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt strawberry, strawberry kiwi or strawberry mango
1/2
cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2
cup orange or pineapple juice
Pineapple chunks, strawberries or kiwifruit slices, if desired

    In blender, place yogurt, strawberries and juice. Cover; blend on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.

    Pour into serving glass. Garnish with pineapple. Serve immediately.

  • A few ice cubes, a frozen banana, or partially frozen yogurt will all help thicken up a smoothie.

  • Well-blended fruit smoothies are a serious source of both fiber and protein. The more fresh or frozen fruit that’s packed into the blender the better—just add another container of yogurt so the smoothie texture is still drinkable.
  • Serve a version of this smoothie as a summer chilled soup, poured into small juice glasses as shooters. Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh fruit or pop in short bamboo skewers studded with berries as a swizzle stick.
