Prep Instructions

You will need:
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine, Softened* (Not Melted)
1 Egg
*To soften butter directly from refrigerator, microwave on High 10-15 seconds.
1 Heat oven to 350°F or 325°F for nonstick pan. Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and egg in a medium bowl until dough forms.
2 Drop dough by about 2 tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes about 14-15 cookies.
3 Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely; store in airtight container.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 12-14 minutes.
