Individual cold drinks in cute mason jars are the addition to your next party!
Looking for an easy way to serve your favorite mixed drinks at your next backyard get-together? It is all about mason jars! No need to worry about fancy martini glasses and what a pain they can be to set down or carry around. Mason jars are a super cute and smart way to serve everything from cocktails to punch.
Start by filling a big tub or cooler with ice. Then it’s time to mix up the drinks. Here are the drinks that were most popular at my last get together. You and your guests probably have your favorites, so make sure to add those to the mix, too! Note: that all these amounts are subject to your own taste level, so adjust as needed.
Screwdriver
6 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Vodka
Tiki Fruity Punch
3 oz Fruit punch (I used the “Aloha” kind)
3 oz orange juice
2 oz rum
Blue Lagoon
1.5 oz Blue Curaco
Lemonade
Cherry
Half and Half
Half a glass of iced tea
Half a glass of lemonade
Like I said, these are just a few ideas to get going, you can use almost any for this…spiked or non-spiked! Don’t forget to have a cup of straws next to them for sipping. The more colorful the better! Another tip: have someplace for guests to put the lids for the jars once they’re opened.
