Really enjoyed this recipe and so did my company. Panko bread crumbs are a great substitute for onions for those who cannot eat onions. I added bacon crumbs instead of the pimento. Will use it again.

This was a very good recipe. I usually try to make the recipe the way it was written the first time, however, I had some fresh mushrooms on hand so I substituted those and added some chopped up "Little Smokies." I had already bought the frozen green beans so I used them. That was my only mistake with following the recipe. Fresh would have been better. It turned out to be a hit though.

My family hated it the first time I made it. I went by the recipe calling for the steamer beans thawed. Baked according to recipe and the beans were way to undercooked! I threw the rest out. The second time I tried it with canned grean beans, and it was delicious!
