    cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3
    cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2
    tablespoons milk
  • 1/2
    teaspoon mint extract
  • 2
    drops green food color, if desired

    Beat powdered sugar and butter in small bowl on low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Beat in milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until spreadable. Beat in extract and food color.
