    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, and egg until a soft dough forms.

    Press the dough into the pan using floured fingers.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts. Drizzle evenly with condensed milk.

    Bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours. For 36 bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.
