Prep Instructions

Everything You’ll Need:
1/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg*
1 Heat Heat oven to 325°F for nonstick or aluminum pan or 350°F for glass pan. Grease bottom of pan.
2 Stir Stir Brownie Mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan.
3 Bake Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool completely. Store tightly covered.
Oven Temperature 8”x 8” OR 9”x 9” Pan
Nonstick 325°F 34 to 39 Minutes
Glass 350°F 37 to 42 Minutes
Aluminum 325°F 37 to 42 Minutes
*For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs.
To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. XO, Betty™
