This recipe is amazing! Have recommended to many people. Did what JessieV28 suggested to make a 9inch version and have made big version several times. This will be a recipe that I will use for life! Nothing is too sweet for my husband and I so I drizzle more syrup on top and sprinkle a little powdered sugar

I made this for my husband, but I cut the recipe in half as we did not not need 9-12 servings. Instead of baking it in a rectangular pan and cutting it in squares, I baked it in a 8 inch round to create a restaurant size "big pancake." I reduced the baking time to 20 minutes. When it was done I simply "flipped" the pan upside down over the top of a dinner plate. It turned out really well and he loved it!

This is amazing and easy. My boys love it, I add chocolate chips and sometimes apples and of course I do have to double it when their freinds are here.
