I did not mind this recipe, but my husband really did not like it. We don't eat processed foods really, so I think that's the main problem. I bought organic ranch dip mix thinking that would help. I think the other issue is the type of vegetables the recipe calls for don't really go with it. Maybe if you used broccoli it would be better? I probably won't make it again.

Too much egg for my taste, and I didn't taste the "ranch". I'm eating the leftovers for breakfast with picante sauce. Won't make this again.

This was very easy and delicious! I substituted broccoli for the vegetables. I would definitely make this again, as my boyfriend really liked it.
