cups cut-up cooked turkey

slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

cup Original Bisquick® or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix

cup milk

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle turkey, bacon and cheese in pie plate.
  • 2 In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

This is great! I made it like the recipe the first time & it turned out good. The second time I substituted sausage for the turkey & added some mild picante sauce & doubled the recipe & it turned out even better!
