Real Cincinnati chili has cinnamon start with 1/4 tsp, and the ground beef should be broken up into water, this way you get the same consistincy & not much grease. You can make this up by using tom.paste instead of sauce, and give your tomatoes/peppers a quick pulse in the food processor.A 3way-spag/chili/cheese,4- way add diced raw onion,5-way add beans.Cheese is always on the top.I worked @ Gold star a short time,it comes in frzn so the recipe isn't revealed,I have 25 yrs in restaraunts, and match the origanal darn close.Great on dogs W/must,chili,onions& cheese.(cheese coney)
