This is wonderful. I've been making this for several months now. It's a regular weekend breakfast at our house. I just use frozen hash browns in place of the garlic potatos called for in the recipe and it's perfect.

Loved it. I did have to improvise because I couldn't find the potatoes. So, I used the garlic potatoes that you steam in the microwave. I also had 1 pan too big, 1 too small ahhh figures. I used the smaller one and the mixture was slightly too much but still came out great. Oh, it smelled so good out of the oven. It tasted just as good. I did use uncooked bacon but see that precooked can work just as well. Very flavorful with original recipe. Thumbs up!
