    1

    Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 15x10-inch baking pan or 14-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter, and egg until soft dough forms.

    Press dough in the bottom of the pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.

    In a chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gently stir frosting into the whipped cream.

    Spread over the cookie pizza.

    Arrange fruit on top. For 12 servings, cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Store in the refrigerator.
