Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package)

teaspoon ground cinnamon

tablespoons soft cream cheese

cup chopped fresh fruit, (such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes, peaches), well drained
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place tortilla on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  • 2 Place hot tortilla on cutting board; spread cream cheese on tortilla. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Arrange fruit on top. Cut into 4 wedges. Serve warm.

Spread a fruit-flavored cream cheese or honey-nut cream cheese on the tortilla for an extra perk to this ready-in-minutes dessert.

I like this for individuals to top their own, but for a variation, I use sugar cookie dough, spread it out evenly on a cookie sheet, bake it, then top with flavored cream cheese & fruit.
