1: cup butter or margarine, softened

1: cup creamy peanut butter

4: cups powdered sugar

1/4: cup milk

1/2: teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1 Beat butter in medium bowl on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in peanut butter, 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar, the milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in remaining 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, beating after each addition until smooth.

This was super easy to prepare and delicious. I used a hand mixer and it turned out great. The recipe, as written, is quite creamy and perfect for filling a cupcake or between layers frosting. For a more piped frosting, add just a 1/4c additional powdered sugar so the frosting maintains its shape.
