SERVINGS 30

2: cups bisquick

1: lb sausage

10: oz sredded cheese

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 mix all ingredients in bowl, roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.

I have been making a variation of this recipe for 30 years. I use 1 lb. zesty Bob Evans sausage, 2 cups of bisquick, 8 oz. of cheez whiz. It is disgusting to mix, but definitely worth. My family and extended family LOVE them.

The recipe for these in the bisquick is different-- it has 1/2 a cup of parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of crushed rosemary, more cheese and some milk. They come out nice and moist, but are still a little hard to mix. When I was a kid, my Mom made them with just sausage, bisquick, and cheese.
